CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Curve Studio Cancellation Policy ✨ To maintain the highest level of service and respect for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy: Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. * Changes made with proper notice will have their deposit transferred to a new appointment (one-time courtesy). * Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your service. * Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, depending on availability. * Full service cost still applies. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. Same-Day Bookings Same-day appointments are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Respecting Our Time Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes prevent us from accommodating other clients and impact our small business. Policy Agreement By booking with Curve Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. No exceptions will be made.
